Obituary for Song 伍府陳雙翠夫人 Tuey Eng (Chin 陳)

Song 伍府陳雙翠夫人 Tuey Eng (Chin 陳)
Song Tuey Eng, 59, of Lancaster, PA, passed away on April 15, 2011. Born July 25, 1951, in Bronx, NY, she was the youngest of seven children (two brothers and five sisters) to the late Bok Wah and Gee Shee. Song is survived by her husband of over 35 years, Dew, of Lancaster, PA; two sons Daniel and Steven, of Lancaster, PA; brother, Kokkue, of Wantaugh, NY; and sister, Tuey How, of Bronx, NY.

Song graduated high school from William Howard Taft High School in Bronx, NY. She then earned an associates degree in accounting from the Bronx Community College in Bronx, NY. Then she attended Bernard Baruch City University of New York in New York City earning a bachelors of business degree in advertising / marketing, and worked at Alexanders department store in New York City. She then married her husband and moved to Lancaster and worked at the Watt and Shand department store in the accounts payable department for 18 years. She then later worked for High Industries in their accounts payable department for 8 years.

She loved collecting Longaberger baskets and Swarovski crystal; making day trips traveling around the east coast; and most of all spending time and enjoying the company of her family and friends. Her bright smile, comedic nature, and comforting personality will be missed.

Interment services were held April 22, 2011 for Song at Westminster Cemetery, 701 Belmont Avenue, Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania.
