Although I never met Francis I learned a lot about her through Chachi. She was a very loving person to all that knew her. Her family and friends will always remember her.
I never had the chance to meet you, but I feel as if I knew you. Through your son Andrew I learned of a mother who was selfless, patient, and kind. Andrew proudly carries with him the warmth that being loved by you brought him. Thank you for raising a man I know I will have as friend for the rest of my life--you will live on in all of the lightest parts of him, the parts I most cherish.
I am heartbroken and very saddened to hear about the loss of Francis. It was a pleasure knowing such a wonderful woman who raised my best friend (Andrew). I remember the last time I saw Francis in September at the Sy residence and we talked about eating healthy and the juices she was making for herself. I will never forget this moment as it was the last time I was able to speak with her in person. Francis was always so welcoming, joyous, and a kind-hearted woman, I will miss you very much.
And to the Sy family, you have my deepest condolences, thoughts, and prayers. Stay strong, and may Francis rest in peace.
Although I never got the chance to get to know you personally I feel like I know you through the words of your son, my best friend, Andrew. You have been described as one of the most loving, caring and selfless people I have ever heard about. As hard as it is to know that you are not with us anymore it is comforting knowing that you are in a better place.
Rest in peace.
